A robber came out of nowhere right now, fight or flight, realistically how you dealing with this?

[ChicoFromThe305]

The exact moment you read this is the exact moment an armed robber is confronting you, your 2 foot radius is your defense, what's happening? 😂

[spartan55]

Create distance. Well hopefully my situational awareness didn't completely go away. I would never let someone that close, but if they did slip by I have my 1400 lumen flashlight 🔦 with a wicked strobe setting. Great for disorienting your attacker and creating distance. I also carry OC spray which isn't pleasant either.

[ChicoFromThe305]

Within a 2 foot radius you have this flashlight? 😂

[spartan55]

I carry whenever I walk at, it is very small. 2.5 inches long.

[spartan55]

Walk at night

[7Phoenix7]

Im a master at staying calm under extreme pressure lol … and using my words to calm someone down is one of my gifts…

I’d use my words to de-escalate the situation… and not making any sudden movements.

But I’m also not about to gamble with my life trying to reason with someone holding a weapon… so if push comes to shove and they want my belongings, they can have them. My life is worth much more.

[ChicoFromThe305]

Yea that makes total sense lol

[valentina4eva]

i would have to mental telepathy my purse to me from across the room & pepper spray this “out of nowhere” robber!!😱😱

[ChicoFromThe305]

I don't think you have telepathy or you wouldn't get stuck in giant doll houses 😂

[valentina4eva]

nooo😱 then i would have to make a run for it!! 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

[ChicoFromThe305]

You'd just use your powers to untrap yourself lol

[valentina4eva]

wait i thought it was a robber out of nowhere?😅😅 am i trapped in a giant dollhouse too?😲

[ChicoFromThe305]

No I mean if you had telepathy then you probably wouldn't get trapped in giant doll houses in general lol

[valentina4eva]

ohhh😲 well maybee i still would & then i would just send u a telepathic message to come save mee!!😂🙈

[ChicoFromThe305]

I guess that would make sense as well, I get your brain message somehow 😂

[valentina4eva]

it’s the perfect superpower if i ever get trapped in a giant barbie dollhouse!!😂🤣😅

[ChicoFromThe305]

Yes for sure, I'll just get your brain messages and know when to show up lol

[Iron_Man]

it depends on what I’m wearing my gold chain that I used to have, but I had to sell it last year. It depends how he’s looking at me, If he’s looking around. I might grab the gun and fight him. If not, I’ll have no choice but to hand it over if he’s putting the gun in my face because it’s not worth being shot over cash money

[Iron_Man]

I don’t wanna be shot over some mad man because in the news there’s shootings all the time

[ChicoFromThe305]

You should get a gun, I get and respect the whole prefer fight thing but unfortunately the world has changed and fallen into more cowardly strategies

[Iron_Man]

Yes, it has big time

[queenofcardio]

.

[ChicoFromThe305]

What are you grabbing tho 😂

[queenofcardio]

I have a fan next to me , I can whack em with that 😂

[ChicoFromThe305]

Excellent choice of last sort weapon 😂

[queenofcardio]

Haha yes, its a decent size one 😂

[IndianPhotoAcademy]

Honestly, if someone suddenly pulled a weapon on me, I’d give them whatever they wanted. I’m not risking my life over a phone or some cash. I’d try to stay calm, avoid making any sudden movements, and look for a safe chance to get away. It’s easy to imagine yourself fighting back until you’re actually in that situation. Survival comes first; ego comes second.

[lilBigPotato]

Just give him my money, his goal isn't to hurt me, the faster he gets what he wants the quicker he's gone.

[ChicoFromThe305]

Well it's not always the case but for the most part yea, some people kill before they even take stuff 🤣

[lilBigPotato]

If I get killed before he even asks for my stuff then I didn't really have a choice to begin with anyway.

[ChicoFromThe305]

You didn't but you can freeze time and roundhouse kick his head in a millisecond lol

[lilBigPotato]

Might be a bit difficult, I'm still working on my superpowers...

[ChicoFromThe305]

Oh I forgot, you are still in SkyHigh 😂

[sage2021]

I'd clobber him with my gigantic tote bag made of leather and is chuck full and very heavy. Right in his face!! 🤣

[ChicoFromThe305]

Hitting people with bags is a classic tactic 😂

[Vevv123]

Flight 😆😆😆 I have nothing I could use in my defense right now.

[ChicoFromThe305]

That's a fair choice, probably for the best lol

[Vevv123]

I agree 😁

[Jewelmyth]

I don't know, I'll probably shiver and freeze 😂 I'm serious, my survival strategy is zero, it's always like this anyway.

[Sunrising]

I'm fastest gun in the US.

[Sunrising]

No one messes with Sunrising, or they visit Boot Hill lol.

[Chazmatazz269]

I tell him or her to go away. If they come at me, i kill them. I thank them for making such a lousy decision just as they take their last breath.

[Pterodon]

If a robber right now, I’d be sitting on the couch so I’d just pick up my weapon beside me

[ChicoFromThe305]

That's good lol

[DryGermanGuy]

Punch to his head with maximum power. I know that I can deliver a hard punch.

[TheRagingMetalhead]

Call it wimpy but ill pepper spray his ass. I carry a knife for backup though lol

[worldscolide]

I have a concealed carry, and live in a stand your ground state with strong castle doctrine. Their head would become a canoe.

[HighValue]

SInce I keep a loaded gun near where I game, and near my PC, and in the living room, and in the bedroom, and in the bathroom, I think I'm fine.

[rgb008]

My husband and I are both armed. I’m not too far from the safe.

[CubaPirate]

Give him what he wants call the Police and claim on my insurance!

[Anonymous]

Husband deals with it. I protect kids

[msc545]

He gets shot dead.
