Both, actually. I think it's important to find a balance between the two. I used to rely heavily on my mind, but I've learned the hard way that gut feelings shouldn't be ignored... My feelings often tell me when something is right or wrong, but I still need my mind to make sense of it all. So now I try to listen to both rather than blindly trusting one over the other

It depends on the situation and what's at stake. There have been plenty of times when I've followed my mind, but also times when I've ended up following my heart instead lol.
