What does it mean when a guy fixes your hair?

I had my hair curled, and one curl was bunched up in the back...I'm not sure if he's a perfectionist, likes me, or is gay O.o Thanks in advance for the answers! :)

Guys use things like that as an excuse to touch our hair--especially if it looks soft. If it was curly it probably looked soft & he needed a reason to touch it--so fixing a crumpled curl was a perfect excuse to touch it, feel its softness, show you how gentle he is and watch it boing. DUH.
