It's a form of grooming. Guys are more self conscious about their hair than most will admit. He's trying to look good.. And/or it could be a nervous habit.. Also something that's very true for many guys. If he was looking at you, then something caught his interest to say the least. Sometimes after we observe something.. Maybe someone's shoelace was untied.. We remember to fix ourselves up as well. It's just a natural response. There's many things it could mean but these are the most likely. If he looks at you often and if you think he's interested, then he was definitely grooming and trying to look good. He might've just been curious is all. Hope this helps :)

for some guys im sure it has some hidden meani g. but for most guys it simply means they needed to fix their hair if their still looking. at you while theiir doing it and their smiling at you. then there attracted to you. you could smile at thhem and say let me do that then you can play with their hair and through the connection is made
