I've known this guys for a month and a half now, we always said I love you to each other and such,i do like him but 2 weeks ago he started saying I like you to me randomly, like today he told me he liked me and I said I like you too, and then he got really close to my face and caressed my cheek and said I like you and I said I like you too..all of my friends thinks he likes me...if this helps he also compliments me and calls me cute and he always likes to hold my hand, hugs me, plays with my hair and he has kissed me on the forehead a couple times, but he has a girlfriend. I'm not sure what to think

To be honest his "I like you" may mean "I want sex". Or it could mean he genuinely does like you, but if he has a girlfriend while doing this he might be a player. Honestly you are probably not the first girl he "liked" while having a gf.

its probably not a good sign because he has a girlfriend he may just want you for something else. Since he has a girlfriend then he probably does this to a lot of girls and just wants something for a little it will not be long term.
