why do people think dark skin is masculine on females and in order for a woman to be considered beautiful she has to be light skin. what makes dark skin masculine

I don't think so myself, but a lot of people are lead by the media whether they're aware of it or not. If you notice most couples always show the woman being lighter than her male partner. In the story Snow White, the evil queen was jealous that snow white was fairer than her, subconsciously saying that fairer and lighter is a superior quality for a woman to have. People are subtly indoctrinated with these ideas, then parrot them back in beauty ideals. Also keep in mind that female beauty ideals are purposefully slanted against darker races of people in favor of lighter races, the ones who currently conquer the world. This means that dark skin is automatically supposed to be masculine regardless of the woman's actual beauty, when a woman with light skin can be less attractive but more beautiful by society's standards due to skin shade alone. Simply put the system is not set up for melaninated people's advantage. The devil is a liar.

considering tanning is a billion dollar business and being pale is considered a bad thing to many people.. that's why they chase getting the dark skin. obviously its not masculine

The media may push one thing, but people will believe something else. I believe black girls will always be attractive, regardless of how dark they are. But being attractive has a lot to do with how you upkeep yourself. A dark black girl who takes care of her body can be just as attractive as any other woman, across the board
