Go for it! I teach hoop dance! I have been hoop dancing for almost 3 years now! I have my day hoop, Smart Hoop, and fire hoop! When you advance to the fire hoop, practice regularly with the wicks unlit first until you get a hang of the weight. Then light her up! :D

I am addicted to hooping. Lost 20lbs in the first 3 months I started.
