I know she's inlove with me, but should I save her?

If I save her, that means I'm going to steal her, and if I steal her, she will be categorized as unfaithful. But her relationship is not a healthy one, its the type cops and psychiatrists get involved...

Seriously though, she should tell his family, and friends that he's said that, and that he's potentially suicidal, but she's not staying in a relationship that's not healthy for her, so they need to watch him.

And then she needs to f***ing leave. He's not her responsibility.

If she stays with him, she needs to know that you're not cool with her choosing to stay in an emotionally abusive relationship, and you're not going to support her actions by remaining friends with her. Tell her that she can end it, and she can be with you, or she can stay with that douchebag for the rest of her natural life, but you won't be a part of it.

You can't save anyone who voluntarily keeps herself in a situation like that. She is not TRYING to leave this other fellow. She is dragging you into her situation instead. It's not something you need to be doing. you have to figure out a way to let her go. The reality of it is that SHE is being unfaithful if she is with you. If she is in an abusive and self-mutilating relationship, SHE NEEDS TO LEAVE. There is no way to save her. She must save herself.

Her boyfriend is crazy and he will most likely hurt her or himself in this situation, you can't just expect her to get up and leave like that, there will be consequences if she does. If she just leaves he might commit suicide and that's going to be some major guilt that she's going to carry for her entire life, even if he is an abuse bastard. She has to take her time in this delicate situation. I don't think she is doing anything wrong. To QA, I say wait it out if you're interested in her.

He threatened her. It is her duty to herself to go. Any person in his/her right mind would go. He threatens himself and threatens suicide, that is his business. Go to counseling. No counseling? She can "go to the grocery store" one afternoon and call the authorities to report his antics and they will send the padded wagon for him. She has no right to drag the QA into her business.
