What makes someone a pretty boy? Do ladies even use this term? I actually hear guys say it way more often

A pretty boy, to me, for example has common features, like Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, , Guy Pearce, Matt Damon...they look boyish and handsome at the same time. They always maintain a youthful appearance in a way, even when older (they also call it having a 'baby face').

Pretty boy reminds me of a clean shaven guy who wears preppy kind of clothes and likely has a baby face. He could look like someone who spends lots of time on his appearance and he just generally always looks well pretty and well dressed.

i use it a lot actually haha...a pretty boy to me is a guy who cares about his image, shaves his face, is super clean cut and has a baby face..and perfect hair..and everything perfect! haha..its a turn off though..
