How to prevent showing ribs?

Are there exercises to build muscle around these areas so my ribs are less visible? It's not only my ribcage but you can also see ribs in my chest area under my clavicle (like this: link ) and also at my back... I think it's really unattractive and hate this about my body so is there a way to do build muscle around these areas so it makes them less visible?
