For ladies and fellas, what's hotter, an athlete or rockstar?

This is for both sexes, who do you find more attractive. Athletes? Or rockstars/musicians?

Hmmmm...I love music more than exercise so I'd have to say rockstar... but then again, it just depends on how the person copes with the fame- do either of them, assuming they're famous, continually make it all about them and indulge forever in the fame OR do they enjoy the fame and still make other people closest to them feel somewhat important? I wouldn't want to be with someone who made me their trophy girlfriend. But. . .purely basing it on attractiveness, that would be hard. I think athletes are hot, but so can musicians. It all just depends on how well they look after themselves. I don't want someone who is FAR too muscular but I wouldn't want someone who isn't muscular at all.

Rockstars hands down. It's super fun going to my boyfriend's concerts and kinda cute when he writes songs for me. I also love the three-quarter sleeve plaid shirts, medium-long hair, and gray jeans look. I've always been attracted to them, and I don't know why exactly. Five out of the seven guys I've seen were musicians... And I don't specifically look for them either. It just happens. However, I'm not exactly attracted to musicians who don't have a sensible career path in mind and is only concerned with sex, drugs, and rock and roll.

I love music, but define rockstar. I'd probably say athlete though. Athletes are tied down to a city for at least a year, and I'd like to be able to see them on a regular basis. If you had a rockstar significant other, they'd always be gone on tour and you'd never get to be with them. As far as attractiveness goes, I'm not sure. I think it depends on the type of music. If it's the type I love, that would be really hot. But athletes are smoking. Considering the always being on tour thing though, I'd probably say athlete. :)

they both have roughly equal measures of groupies and stds so it's a tough call

i think many athletes get into the multiple girls thing while still in high schools while rock stars (in the true sense) have to get one or two good albums out first - of course unless they are pop stars propped up by disney marketing machine

Being a musician myself, I tend to like female musicians more than athletic ones. She and I would have something in common, unlike the one who participates in sports.

athletes, but it really depends on the person, so I guess rockstar too.  I mean both could be famous but I can't stand people who think too much of themselves.  It drives me crazy.  Also it might depend on what sport they played or what kind of music they played.

Hm, athletes make me think of: good stamina, great body, has to keep healthy so no alcohol or drugs.

Rockstar makes me think of: drugs (& alcohol) and groupies...

I'd go for the athlete. I know rockstars with a belly bigger than pregnant women.

(and yes, I know not all athletes are like that or not all rockstars, it's just the first things that popped into mind)

It depends on the person typically. In theory, I would prefer a rock star. I have a weird thing for musicians haha. However, in reality, majority of guys I have dated have been athletes. Obviously not because they are athletes, but because I liked them as people. I've only been with one musician.

I haven't really ever seen any cute rockstars. Plus I wouldn't want my boyfriend to always be gone from me for months and getting hit on, ect. Not that I wouldn't trust him I just know myself and would probably get a little jealous.

Assuming there is real talent and passion involved, I can appreciate and be attracted to both. But I'm not into very many sports and have a history as a musician, so I'd relate better to a musician.

I personally find a rockstar/musician more attractive. This is because personally I look past looks and physical attributes. Because in the long run none of that really matters, in the end we all end up as dust, lol. But, a musician just, to me, has more depth and a wide range of emotions and personality I'd say. Plus I absolutely love music. So any man who has musical talent is definitely OK in my book!
