Blake Lively (esp. earlier in her career - eg. in the movie "Accepted").

It probably doesn't help that Leighton plays such an unlikeable character in Gossip Girl.

None of them are really all that hot though. That's usually the way with the female stars of shows aimed at women - the producers must think having hot actresses would make female viewers feel inadequate or something (the cast of Sex and the City being prime examples).

  I just can't stand her - so obnoxious and spoiled. Obviously I haven't read the books (it's probably bad enough that I watch the show).
  
  btw: You left out the two hottest GG actresses - Willa Holland (my favourite) and Taylor Momsen.

BLAKE LIVELY HANDS DOWN. Leighton Meester is gorgeous, but I wouldn't call her hot because she doesn't have that sexual appeal like I think Blake does. Seriously, her body is ridiculous. Jessica's okay too but imo the other two are more attractive.
