Why did he grab my chin?

Ok, there's this guy who I sorta like. One day I was walking by him and he just reached out and held my chin. Why would he do that?

Oh and ps: he flirts with me, but only sometimes

He grabbed your chin and did/said what? people don't just go and touch one another that way unless they're getting ready to challenge you.

A guy going to the marketplace/racetrack to check a horse? HE does that. There's no reason for anyone to touch you that way. It's not positive or complimentary.
