Why did he touch my hair? NECK?

I was laying on the floor working on a project with a male friend. I always catch him staring at me and smiling at me and he loves to compliment me.

Anyway, we were talking and he reached over and took his hand and ran it through my hair right above my ear and back to the back of my head, tucked my hair behind my ear and rand his hand down the back of my shoulder. The whole action lasted about 4 seconds but it felt like a lifetime and sent shivers down my spine.

When I wend to get up he reached over again and put his hand on the back of my bare neck very sweetly and smiled at me.

Is this guy wanting me?

At the very least, he finds you sexually attractive, yes. But he may want even more than just sex; he wasn't being SEXUALLY agressive with you, just romantic, and most guys are only that way with girls they really like. I must admit that some guys use romantic jestures as "game" to get laid, but that's rare, as most guys can't pull it off even if they try, so it's more likely to me that this was genuine.
