Why are people more submissive or accepting towards attractive or handsome men?

I’ve been on both ends and if you’re viewed as attractive/handsome by women they’re easy asf and they’ll let you know when they’re interested plus most don’t make you wait on sex but a lot of women don’t trust you. I’m about 6’4 , slim , heavily tattooed ( hand, arm n neck) although I’ve never been hideous I have high cheekbones with a slender jawline but I had a weak chin so I decided to grow facial hair and it changed everything. I think it made my face more defined/chiseled looking. Older women are super talkative/friendly around me even had a few touch my arms while taking to me at times. women my age are waaayy more friendly or giggly or they just stare at my face ( black , white , Mexican, Asian doesn’t matter). I was out with a group of friends and I had left my wallet in the car and this older women paid for my food she even felt my chest and abs area it was definitely awkward but whatever. The fact that most women lie and say looks aren’t important is crazy and honestly bullshit. My life has gotten a lot better I have multiple women chasing after me and men even respect me and want to be friends for some apparent reason. Oh yea and gay men try to hit on me ALL THE TIME work, gas stations it’s definitely annoying.
