I'm the same height as you and curvy although not as curvy. I agree with one of the answers, it'd probably be good for your health if you dropped a few kg like maybe 5-6. Just for comparison if you want to know I'm 5'1 a tiny bit less than 59 kg and my waist and hips are 27-28 and 37-38 And the ratio is about .72

Despite my weight technically and statistically being a little high for my height, it's mostly in muscle because I'm pretty toned and when people guess my weight they usually think I'm around 54 kg.
I think for our height the "healthy" weight has a pretty big range if you account for different bone sizes and amounts of muscle or fat
I'd say a healthy weight for a girl who's 5'1 can probably range anywhere from 45-62kg

Yes, your waist and hips are both too large, and you're overweight. Based on your height, youd probably look good losing 3 inches off each measurement, and at least 20 pounds.
I suspect you'd be healthier and look better lighter. That's quite a lot of weight for someone your height.
Where you are fortunate is that based on your measurements, you carry that extra weight in what would be, visually, the best way possible. I suspect you look 'curvy' where a lot of girls with your weight/height would look like a mess.

I think it depends on how you hold the weight, really. I think Kim K's measurements are something like 34-26-39 so you're not crazily different from that, but I think for your height a lower weight tends to look better. That being said, without pics its hard to tell.
Personally I'm not fussy and I don't necessarily think you're too big at all. I would probably still find you attractive but you need to be comfortable with the way you are, if you're not then there are things you can do to change that such as dieting, exercise, etc and wearing clothes which compliment your figure. However, you should understand that you are beautiful no matter what.
Yeah your waist is borderline big. I don’t weigh myself, I take measurements and whenever I measure myself and see my waist more than 26 I begin to run ASAP cause that’s how I know I’m gaining weight and my stomach is getting big! Hips are really not that easy to tell because skinny girls can have super wide hips, but the waist is a tad bit. FYI I’m 5’6.
Depends on proportion. My friend has a huge hips but her waist size is similar. Likewise My waist size is the same but i have no hips. So it looks wider than it is.
For a 5ft1 girl, the waist should be under 30 inches, so 28-29" is still healthy.
Its getting there. That's a nice waist-hip ratio but you're a little on the big side for someone who is only 5'1", both the hip and waist measurement. But as long as you're healthy and feel secure about your appearance then who cares
