If a girl blushes and smiles to herself, she's thinking about someone something or a specific guy/girl who makes her happy. Might be that she likes that person. If her friends giggle at you when she blushes and smiles? Then maybe you are that special someone ! Don't get too excited though haha. she might just be thinking of another person and her friends just like to giggle
