My girlfriend has a lock on her phone and ipod. Does this mean anything?

Title pretty much says it all. My girlfriend has a lock on both her phone and ipod touch. My phone doesn't have a lock on it. Does it mean anything or am I just over thinking it?

I have been thinking that my girlfriend may be cheating on me. She's been acting different (not being as sexual, won't kiss me as much as she used to, she never lets me see her phone when she gets a text message).

Yeah, it means that you need to understand the security issues of not having a lock on your phone should you lose it. Given all the data we carry in our phones these days it's smarter to put some form of security feature or the other on it and to take advantage of the locks that we can put on these devices. Odds are on any smartphone you'll be able to find at least email information, some important sms/mms or the other, at least some form of gps history, apps that may include stock trading or bank accounts, browsers where people tend to leave themselves logged in for convenience, pictures and contact information for other people. So put the lock on the phone, although it's not perfect it's at least some level of security.

I was a member of United state marine corps (USMC) due to my busy schedule I noticed my wife had been using this opportunity to cheat on me but anytime I ask her she will deny and get furious at me until I decided to take my chances to know, knowing is much better than self doubts and its exactly what happened when I requested for the service of (GUARDIANOFPEACE247 (at) - (gee mail)- (com to help me check her phone I was able to see all that comes in her phone without touching her phone. Hello everyone it’s unlike me to want to share my experiences but because I got in touch with wrong people I will like to let everyone know so they don’t fall in the wrong hands like I did. It's definitely up there with the worst feelings you can experience. My advice to anyone who suspects that their partner is cheating is to be smart about it. Most guys let their emotions take over and make stupid decisions. Remember, you're not the first person this has happened to. I doubt it means she's hiding things from you. I mean it could be, but I don't think everyone who has a lock necessarily has something to hide. I guess some people just like to have passwords. Personally, I'm too lazy for them and get annoyed so don't use any.

It's smart to password-protect your electronics no matter what. Just because it has a lock on it doesn't mean she's trying to hide something from you. I have a lock on my phone, and my laptop. There is nothing on them that I have to hide. You should lock your phone too in case you lose it, or it gets stolen. If you have suspicion on your girlfriend, you are probably over thinking it. Just keep an eye on her for a while if you want. Look for signs that may lead to something.

I'm the one who kisses her most of the time. She will kiss me every once in a while, and I do return the affection. Mostly, my fear comes from thought that she could be bored with me.

For the sexual side, I'm more sexual than her. I give and don't get much in return. I don't ask for anything in return, I just make statements that kind of tell her, "Hey, I kind of want you to do something sexual to me." But I don't know how to make the relationship exciting. I live in a place where there is never anything to do, neither of our houses has stuff to do. So it's difficult.

Over thinking it. I have passwords for my iPad. If I had a cell phone that allowed passwords, I'd had a password. It is just who I am. I am not worried about anyone getting into my phone, I just like having passwords.

No it doesn't I have locks on my pc and phone it doesn't mean I'm hiding something it just mean it my stuff and that I put a lock on it to avoid people from randomly using my stuff if you leave your home for a while will you lock the door or keep it unlock. That's what I thought
