the second part was actually said to me
What does "we're not dating but you're still mine" really mean?
the second part was actually said to me
a-that he's selfish and won't commit to you but expects you to be monogamous with him. if he really means this, dump his selfish ass.
i had a guy like that, he wouldn't be serious with me but he would say "you're all mine" and really it was just a ploy to reel me in and control me because he just wanted sex.
and whatever I am done...have no idea it depends on what your argument was
I don't belong to anyone that won't even call me his girlfriend. Whoever says crap like that is an a$$ who wants to have his cake and eat it too.
The other, just means they're done arguing usually.
it means he doesn't want you but doesn't want anyone else to want you
"were not dating but you're still mine"
desperate jealous and insecure
"whatever I'm done"
im not really done
It means that the person wants you exclusively for relationship purpose in the near future. Sounds domineering and selfish.

Means he's super possessive and won't let go.
"Whatever, I'm done" means that they're not willing to argue anymore.
It means he's a d*** and you should find someone better.
