For eg. If the girl has a torso that is about 17.5 inches (44.45 cm), legs (36 inches,91.44cm) and height (155cm/5.0853feet)...does she consider to have long legs?

Any girl who's taller than the average height for a girl.

I think the average height for a girl is 5'5". So if you're 5'6" or taller, you probably have long legs.

The average woman in most Western countries is 5'3 and in most non-Western countries it's closer to 5ft. Of course in the Scandinavia and some African countries, the average height of women there tends to be 5'6. So you're wrong about the average woman being 5'5 even if we exclude older generations.

Did you measure your inside leg or outside leg? Because I'm 5'10" and I'm only a 34" inside leg lol. Not saying you're lying but I'm finding a 35" inseam on a girl your height difficult to imagine lol

Generally whatever legs are longer than yours. Length is relative, and people will tend to think that any legs that are longer than theirs are long legs.

It also depends on what you measure as part of your leg. But sounds long to me. Only way to truly tell is a picture though.

My ex would order extra long length pants online and the longest she could find was 36" inseam. There are probably no pants for people with 40" legs.
