What does it mean if a guy notices you're new shoes

could mean anything...he could have just noticed you had new shoes and mentioned them just to make conversation...Doesn't necessarily mean he's mad in love with you and has a secret shrine of you at his place. If you like him, stop looking at all these tiny insignificant things, and ask him to hang out!
