Blonde hair with dark roots hot or not.

Question

I'm thinking of going blond like Beyonce in her Pepsi comerical. A light blond with darker roots a hot look or a hot mess ?

don't do intentional roots, it's stupid considering how fast roots grow in.

if you want the rooty look get highlights. grown out all-over color looks cheap, trashy, and quite frankly ugly.

if you get light blond highlights all over, you will have the rooty look within a few weeks but it can look cute, not absolutely gross and unkempt.

when you leave bleached hair overgrown it looks like you just came out of rehab or something. with highlights it's way less tacky.

take it from a girl who used to want to bleach her entire hair but settled for highlights instead and is really glad to have made that choice.

with highlights you can get very blond but the regrowth will look edgy, not disgusting.

Definitely a hot mess. Girls with roots darker than the rest of their hair remind me of skunks for some reason. Lol See the similarity? Although I think the skunks are a little cuter.

depends on your complexion anf how you carry yourself. I don't really know how to explain it. Like if you look clean and dressed well.

Im not a fan, keep your hair completely blond by consistently dying/bleaching it or don't dye it completely blond.  I think the dark root/blond hair look is tacky and looks lazy.

Blond with dark roots is always going to look bad. It looks bad on her too.    but maybe it distracts people from her lip synching.

I actually can't stand this look. It looks like they need to get their roots done, haha!  This is in the same category with blondes with dark eyebrows, I don't like that either :-\

It's actually a defect - when naturally dark hair keep growing after dying them blond I don't find it attractive to be honest
