Usually his eyes, his face in general, unless he's really dressed nicely then that makes me want to look at his eyes.

The first thing I check are his eyes, followed by their smile and for some odd reason their forearms and nose.

Its usually face in general and maybe this is just me but also hair/hair style is a big factor. Also, I don't usually pay attention to the smile.
