well I wouldn't call a girl I didn't like "absolutely stunning". if I only saw her as a friend I would say "you look great!" or "wow, trying to impress someone?" of course in a friendly manner. if I called a girl "absolutely stunning" it would for me, mean that I respected her enough to not call her hot, cause that's just a label. you must have caught the eye of some guy that is really interested into you and respects you to not just label you OR that could be just part of his charm similar to the way Paul Finch is conveyed in American pie. take it how you want but don't over think it
