My ex still remembers the little things about me?

I have broken up with my ex for many years now and we've recently been on talking terms. I realized while we were talking that he still remembers what I said and did 8 years ago (while we were together), and other little things as well! Do you think he still has feelings for me?

I know I feel - at the least - fondness for my ex girlfriends...even the crazy one (more fondness for that one, altho the sex was good).

I remember plenty of little details about all of them. Doesn't mean I'm creepy/crazy/want to get back with any of them. It just means I remember some things about someone I really liked, and who probably still has some qualities I admire.

yeah, sounds like somethings still there. Of all my ex's the only one I remember the little things about is the one I still have feelings for. Here middle name, favorite color, her cats secret nick name, how she likes her coffee. I also remember her weird list of food allergies. When you care for someone it's hard to forget the small things like that.

While we were together, he seemed as if he wasn't really paying much attention to what I was saying. And he would forget the little anniversaries and stuff. And so I'm wondering how he remembers stuff from 8 years ago when I myself forgot them.

No, we broke up years ago. Only recently we started talking again, but while we were talking, he brought up certain things I said and did 8 years ago. I was taken aback because I myself have forgotten about those things.

Don't know if he still loves you, but he loved you that's for sure. I remember full convos I had with a girl, the setting, clothing we were wearing and other details. I loved her ! and that was 2 years ago.
