I don't have pics now as I don't scan for other women than my wife, but I'd say:

Chubby: You still have curves but a little "spare tyre" around the hips, maybe not clearly visible while you stand, but surely when you sit.

Fat: There are no feminine curves anymore, it's all one big ball of grease. :D

I think chubby is a layer of baby fat all over... cheeks, tummy, arms, legs. I think it becomes fat when your stomach or your hips or something becomes out of proportion (with the rest of your body, your body type, your bones ect)
