So I don't wear push-up bras, but if you take a stroll into the lingerie department, you will notice that those bras do comprise quite a large portion. My guess is that girls may have a pair or two, just to feel especially sexy at times.

Most girls have at least one standard push up bra. Then you get into 3 padding push up bras... I don't know how many girls have those. Mostly, girls from a cup to c cup wear them. I found push up bras are useful if you have small children that like to ram their heads into your boobs.
