I pretty much only wear push up bras when I am wearing one. I find that they give the most support for my size (D). I could definitely be wrong on that but that's just what I have found in my own experiences.

Hey! From one woman to another, I suggest you check out the 'abrathatfits calculator' - it's the only accurate bra size calculator there is. The reason I'm suggesting this is that a properly-fitted D is usually a small size! Also push up bras are very bad for support :)
