My boyfriend and I have been together for 10 months. we've been having sex lately. After our 3rd tym, I've noticed my boyfriend become more sweet and affectionate towards me. He keeps say "you're mine and I'm yours" and "i'm really crazy for you." What does these phrases mean? Is he like that just because of the sex or it's something more?

P.s. we only have sex once a month.hehehe

Oh yeah, sounds like he's like that because of sex. When sudden behavior occurs, look for a sudden cause. In this case sex seems like a likely factor.
