What does it mean when your guy friend blows in your ear?

I was standing in the library and he comes and while he's walking and in passing me he quickly blows in my ear or the side of my face, then keeps walking. Kinda like "your in a hurry to go to a different class as you just grab a brochure of your teachers desk" kind of thing. I texted him later if that was him that blew in my ear and he said

"That twas me"
