My boyfriend calls me soft but it's in reference to my physical body...a reference that doesn't actually make sense lol because I'm very much in shape and am very toned. My 4 pack of abs is "soft" compared to his 8 but still lol.

It's not in reference to my personality because I'm nice and all but I don't get pushed around or anything. I'm not too nice for my own good, as it were.

Generally though, guys mean it as a compliment. Soft is considered a feminine trait and guys like feminine things so there ya go.
