Guys, what does it mean when guys give you elevator eyes?

Whenever I walk around town or something, I catch guys giving me elevator eyes all the time. All my friends comment on it too.
Does this mean they think I am ugly or attractive? What type of women would you look at from head to toe/elevator eye?

Haha, I think either you're very attractive or very ugly. Be honest with yourself, you're probably in the very attractive category... I tend to stare in awe and ugly people, never elevator eyes for them haha.
