What does it mean when guys stare at you?

I’m new in this class so it may be because of that, but sometimes I feel some guys staring? Does it mean they despise you?

Psychologically, people love looking at things they find beautiful or attractive. It's why babies who stare at you continuously is simply due to the fact that you're attractive (might have to do with facial symmetry). They would not be staring at you if they did not find you pretty to look at, that's the long and short of it. They do not despise you, as they'd probably laugh or whisper to their friends while looking at you if they did.

Really? Because I’d rate myself a weak 6 who’s kind of bulky and not really much compared to the popular girls in their miniskirts. I’m bisexual and I would probably stare at them instead of me in terms of looks. Also I am a smart cookie so I sometimes act overeager in class? I heard that guys hate girls who always jump to answer questions.
