Is it zee or zed?

I'm no longer in a dead-end relationship with someone wasting my time. I found someone else on my same page. He knows I'm dating with intention. We're doing things in the old-fashioned manner and withholding sex too.

My only issue now is the dead-end job. There is no advancement, no holiday nor vacation payments, nothing else to learn, everything is a routine and the supervisor has always been cheap with everyone (doesn't even give greeting Christmas cards). Unlike my past relationship, I can't dump my job. If I do then I'll have no money to pay for my future growing food business nor other things.

When I was with my ex boyfriend, I felt no hope, he would give vague answers and there was no progress; years of nothing. Overall is a dead-end job similar to a dead-end relationship or not?

Whenever I tell people about things I’ve been through, they immediately start saying that I’m a very strong person because of it.

But I don’t feel strong. I’m in pain a lot and am mentally distressed most of the time. So I don’t understand why they think that.

So piggybacking off my previous post @DizzyDesii brought up a lot of valid points in the comments and I must say I agree with her. Even though I had a few questions because ," how will you date or network if your don't like people?" She mentioned maintaining associates and connections only which is useful and because I don't trust people like that.







Would you be friends with someone who doesn't want to go anywhere or do anything? All they want to do is talk in the phone all the time? ↗

I also seen some mini van homes 🤣. They're so dope. I'm considering these I think it would be awesome for travel and overall living. You find your own lot.

My morning showers are shorter than my after work night showers. I usually take a 10 minute shower in the morning and 20 minutes after work.

Okay…..

so there were incidents with my boyfriend, that made me question about our relationship. Communication wise.

whenever I discuss with him about something, he makes jokes about it.

Example: I was telling him a story about me going to a Mormon church meeting. That he asked “are those the people who wear white gowns and burn black people on the cross?” I responded with “what?, no. That’s the ‘ku klux klan’.” Then he made a joke comment, “really? I thought you had a membership 😄” 🤨…. so I was kinda uncomfortable about that comment. Then he kept going on saying “you should join, cause you already look white lol.”

Then I changed the subject and was talking about my family. How my mom punishes my sisters and I, whenever our partners are unhappy. Like it’s our fault. Then my boyfriend made another comment saying “haha, so your mom would like me better than you.”

I mean I was kinda stunned about this conversation and what he said. That I let him go and hung up the phone. Now I’m here questioning and wondering how our relationship will be in the future. “Will he be supportive of me and be on my side and protect me? Or will he make fun of me in sensitive matters?”

I feel people are selfish and if you give them an inch they'll take a mile. I'll give them the info like for example my neighbor who begs for help I told her ," there are a lot of local caregiver agencies that can help you." Then I'll send a link. I'll give the info but they have to do the work and it's up to whoever they do the work with whether or not they'll accept them or not. Other than that I don't lift a finger. From there they usually back off and get the hint that I'm not doing the leg work.

So we all know that hand washing is important, especially now. I overheard my littles having a debate in the bathroom the other day. One of them was trying to correct the other and telling her to wet her hands first and then put soap. I've always put soap first and THEN put water. So of course I came to GaG 😂😂 to see what the masses say!
