Is a dead-end job similar to a dead-end relationship?

I'm no longer in a dead-end relationship with someone wasting my time. I found someone else on my same page. He knows I'm dating with intention. We're doing things in the old-fashioned manner and withholding sex too.

My only issue now is the dead-end job. There is no advancement, no holiday nor vacation payments, nothing else to learn, everything is a routine and the supervisor has always been cheap with everyone (doesn't even give greeting Christmas cards). Unlike my past relationship, I can't dump my job. If I do then I'll have no money to pay for my future growing food business nor other things.

When I was with my ex boyfriend, I felt no hope, he would give vague answers and there was no progress; years of nothing. Overall is a dead-end job similar to a dead-end relationship or not?

Sounds like you got bored with your boyfriend and left. Reason I say that is because your reasoning is shallow. You also monkey branched. Those periods of stagnation happen in every monogamous relationship. If you leave every time you’re bored or down, you’re going to end up alone. If you can hang on tight and put effort during those seasons to grow, then the relationship because that much more intimate and fulfilling. Relationships have ebbs and flows. I’ve gone through seasons with my wife in which I’ve felt this way. I’ve also had seasons in which I’ve been on cloud nine and felt excited. They come and go and it’s a decision to work through them because you love that other person. That’s why developing yourself rather than putting yourself entirely into a relationship is so crucial. People are much more multifaceted than a specific position at a job.

So I'm suppose to be happy and ok with in a relationship with someone that purposely would've drained all my remaining fertile years and never have kids? It was literally going NOWHERE. I'm suppose to be happy with being a man's eternal childless girlfriend?
On top of that I'm also suppose to be happy that he stole money from me and will never pay it back?

I want marriage and kids and he lied about wanting both. He lied about even his real age and I'm suppose to still stay with a liar and a waste of oxygen?

So every issue that came up in the relationship was his fault entirely?

It was 50% on my part for allowing him to waste my time and thinking things would get better instead of dumping him way before. However, the other 50% of blame is on him for purposely starting a relationship with a lie about his age and future faking. No one deserves that.

He already entered the relationship with lies from day 1 and even our initial friendship (before becoming boyfriend and girlfriend) was fake too. What could I have cause in the relationship to make him a lying, scamming bastard, future faker that's been doing that to other women too?

Sure. So it was 100% his fault lol. I don't know, I’d do some self reflecting too. Even when I was cheated on, I did a lot of self reflecting and made improvements in myself from the bad experience.

Find a job before you quit that one. If you want more from a job then that's not gonna work out long term

My goal is to progress on the growth of my future business. I want my next job to be my own business. I don't to have supervisors but rather have people working for me.

Working on this boring position to save money isn't exactly an excuse. I need the money to invest it on my growing business.
