Are they more wanted and needed by the woman or the man? Or perhaps both? Your thoughts, or feedback?

The material is easy to clean but I won’t jump on it without clean socks anyhow. I can put a foam mattress topper then sheets and blanket to sleep and easily roll them off the bed to jump.

I really think this can be a solution. I’d have enough space for a foyer area with books and seating.

This can go in the bedroom area I’ll have space for a large rug to create boarder. Then dividers.

Obviously, I’ll get to a point in future where I went more conventional setting but my life is kind of in flux at and I don’t think I’ll live in my next location so long so I think ax an interim it’s pretty cool. I mean jump while you can jump 🤷🏻‍♀️ 😊

This is probably much more sound proof than a rebounder with legs will be anyway so better for an apartment. It’s also not any more 💰 than the bed id have gotten.

Plus I can make a canopy bed super easy by just hanging very long sheet sheets.

The weight limit is 450 so I’m pretty safe. Even have a sleep over with a few friends safely tho, I wouldn’t let more than one adult jump at once.

For context, I matched with someone from a dating app around May this yr. We spoke for a few weeks & he proposed meeting up but the times he kept bringing up weren’t working for me. He ends up reaching out again when he was back from traveling & tried to schedule something, I didn’t follow through. At the time, I was overwhelmed with a new job & just not in the best headspace to meet up with anyone in person from OLD. About a month ago, I felt like I should’ve given him a shot & then sent him a well thought message asking if he would give me another “redo”. He never replied so I thought he wasn’t interested, flash fwd to this week & we end up matching on another app I just installed.

He reaches out saying he remembered me & I told him that I tried reaching out to him around a month ago. He said he didn’t know because he hasn’t checked that other app in a while and said he was sorry for leaving me hanging, asking if I’m willing to give him another redo and then brought up that we live close by based on the app. Tbh if I was him, I don’t think I would’ve given me another shot. I know we’re strangers & there shouldn’t be too much stock placed on randos from OLD apps but I would’ve been sus, thinking this person only wants to talk to me b/c it didn’t work out w/ someone else etc.

Am I too critical or anyone else get where I’m coming from? Again I’m not trying to seem like I get too attached but I try to be wary, since we all know OLD apps can be sketchy.

Brad & I started long-distance dating through an online app in Nov 2023. We met in person in Feb. I managed to move closer to his city because of school from March-June, so once I came, we began living together & he proposed to me in May. A school situation happened where I got dismissed, so my sister came to move me back home in June. My family didn't like him during his visit since he was focused on taking me back to his home & not caring about my mom needing me/my school situation. I decided to stay with family & Brad disliked that since he hoped I'd leave that day. He left & gave me a hard time about my decision since then. My mom said she planned a Sept party where I could move back in with him more honorably than if I had just left. Brad didn't want to do it, but I did. We waited until Sept & then I found out my mom lied. I fought with her, she apologized, & now booked the venue in Nov by showing me confirmation. She told his parents so they could see if she would keep her word. Brad distrusts her & said if I didn't leave my home by the end of the month, then he'd end the relationship. I told him if my mom started to do anything fishy before Nov, I'd leave, but it didn't make sense to end the relationship over this, especially since I planned to visit. He sent me a goodbye/breakup texts the past week & fighting with me about this party. I told him that if he meant what he said about ending things, then he needs to stop communicating with me unless he decides that he's willing to do the party for my sake in Nov. He said he didn't want to wait that long, but I don't know if he'll change his mind. I texted him a couple of texts since me saying "don't talk to me", but he hasn't responded. I saw him following another girl on social media too, reached out to her, but she didn't respond to me. Do you think he's taking time to think & will reply soon? Or do you think he'll leave me? Why did he still text me even though he claims he ended things a long time ago?

I am not sure if I am using this word correctly. When I say ambivalent, I mean that they kind of evoke contradictory thoughts within you about them to them point of almost being uncertain what to make of them as a person.

As always internet affected our vision on the other gender. The internet show us what they think we want to see. Most guys may think that now all girls want is money money money or the guy to be tall. In some cases it’s just preferences but honestly it isn’t that much required. a lot of girls would go by the vibe the guy gives off rather than analysis him to know if he fits her demands. [[Alot of girls wouldn’t care if you were short or less fortunate. The people who care the most are the self entitled ones who only care about what they want or what they need to themselves without even seeing if they have anything in common with guy. In my opinion i’d go with any guy who is about 5’4 because i’m 5’0 and I feel like a lot of short girls want a 6’0 and it’s just unnecessary and it looks weird. It will always be the broke ones or not that good looking girls having A LOT of standards. I’ll always defend the guys side on this one because when a guy has preference everyone gets mad at him but when a girl has preferences no one says anything it’s just unfair.]]

In my country, guys prefer girls with the same profession. This is the biggest reason I chose my job, even though I hate having to constantly prove my competence. I remember telling my parents as a teenager that I wanted to be a housewife, and they told me to forget about marrying an urban guy. I’m surprised to read that some men from other parts of the world say they want a homemaker.

Prior to this job, I worked in financial aid for ~2 years. That was my 1st time ever working in the field but before that job I was an academic advisor. Early on during training when I was on a call with a trainer, I ended up breaking down crying bc I felt overwhelmed. I ended up pushing through & the trainers let my new team know that I was doing well. Eventually ended up having higher metrics compared to a lot of people on my team. Anxiety was always there but I got *better*, I was miserable at that job though due to the workload.

Now I’m in my 3rd week working for another school remotely in FA again, this is a school I’ve been trying to get in at for almost as long as I was at my other job (mostly bc of pay). I’m training by myself with the manager & I like her so far, she keeps telling me that I’m doing a good job (I’m not asking) & she felt the need to let the whole team know that I’m doing good/picking up fast when I was introduced to them earlier this week. This job is more in depth vs the last job & she even told me that they only hire people with experience now bc of how much there is to it. When she first taught me something new, it took a few tries & I picked it up, then she teaches me something else & I get it the first try.

I made my first 2 calls today & I felt shaky, she also said nicely that the first few calls will feel like that/ it was obvious it was one of my first calls but I did a good job. I felt like a wreck + then she gave me another assignment of something I caught onto before but I ended up getting stuck this time. I was obv frustrated & it was right before I was done for the day but I just couldn’t think straight bc I felt so upset with my progress.

Am I being too hard on myself? Am I right to believe this might not be a good fit for me? I’ve been so upset since I clocked out & am dreading tomorrow.
