As I am in the process of looking for a forever home I've been doing a lot of research. Its hard because i see homes that i want NOW!! Yes Now... but i need to do my reseach.

I have a colleague who I have a crush on. We have a flirty relationship which includes things like him staring at me, but when we’re in a group he avoids eye contact and looks at other people more than me. He has been seemingly jealous in the past.

I have been away for a week and today was my first day back. As soon as he saw me he said “it’s about time you came and did some work”. I asked him if he missed me, and without hesitation he said “not at all, it’s been lovely and quiet without you”

I know that this would not be the case because he works closely with another girl who is just as bubbly/giggly if not more so.

I was telling another colleague about what he said, and she said that she asked him last week if he missed me. He just responded with “it’s very quiet”.

Was he disguising the fact that he missed me?

I was at a friend's party. I have met his brother before but this is the first time we really chatted, about nothing in particular. he's quite attractive, reticent and chill, albeit mischievous. I didn't chat too much at the party, kept it low key.

As the night died down, a few of us were left, drinking and chatting. We both got along well, both of us were chill and quiet while others chatted. We talked a few times across the room, friendly and smiley, nothing crazy. Once everyone left, we all cleaned up and had some laughs about the night. Both he and I both slept over my friend's apartment.

The next morning, a few of us were watching TV and chatting, getting along. At some point when everyone was quiet, watching the show, my friends brother and I locked eyes across the room for a very long time, around 4-5 seconds of super intense eye contact. He looked into my eyes very calmly and confidently and I did the same back. Neither of us smiled but there was a noticeable intensity and potency to it, but nothing creepy or scary but rather... intense.

I can't tell what happened between us. It's really sticking in my head. The intensity of his look, I liked it a lot. He felt very confident and self assured.

I left and there was an awkward side hug and thats all.

So my dad saw me at his home 6 months back and hit my boyfriend coz he thought we both had sex and my dad said him to have sex with me after marrying me. Now after this, my boyfriend stopped having sex with me since 6 months, but we met outside. He cheated on me on weekends but never broke up with me - I saw his phone where he downloaded bumble and also when I asked him to show me his phone, he hid from me. He never used to hide anything like his phone or laptop from me before. But he always told me that he loves me, never cheated on me and waited for me at the station for 30 minutes just to meet me post work and he kept telling me that I should trust him blindly and not ask him to check his phone coz it hurts his integrity. I got one number while checking his phone and I asked her on WhatsApp. That girl showed me call logs of long conversation with him ( this time when I was sure of him ignoring me) she said that he was looking for casual sex for which she denied and blocked him. I confronted my boyfriend and asked him and he said me that he can't have sex with me so he asked her ( coz my dad hit him). I never denied him to have sex with me but he always denied me when I asked him for sex, saying he respects my dad and won't have sex with me before marriage. Since I was sexually deprived and frustrated, I cheated on him after the day he hid his phone from me. And I slept with 3 different guys. And I also told him that I love him and am monogamous. Right now he is in his hometown to fight for me for marriage and he always said me that I'm his long term girl. Since I also slept with guys hookups, I don't feel sad or guilty anymore. He said me we will court marry if his parents disagree our intercaste marraige. I may times told him to block me and he kept telling me that he finds me in other girls, he tried to but is unable to. I am also unable to go away from him but to satisfy my vagina, am sleeping with other guys coz my boyfriend will fuck me after we marry.

I want all theses dresses but they are kinda expensive so I'm gonna have to settle for one for now

Granted they can be one in the same but according to this article, it suggests it may be better to be in a companionate marriage than a romantic marriage for it to last.

Also, do you think the article is right, that the divorce rates are going down and marriages are increasing?
