I have a huge crush on a coworker. It would be hard to know if he did like me because he is friendly to everyone and teases everyone.

He will tease me in front of other people. For example, I jokingly said that I’m into guys with beards and he asked everyone else “does anyone have a razor?”

We flirt with each other and we make very strong eye contact. Sometimes his glances last a few seconds. On a night out recently, we had a few drinks and basically admitted that we liked each other.

The other day at work we were talking and I said “you clearly hate me”…to which he quietly said “…. immensely”

And then this morning he was teasing me and I said “you really hate me don’t you?” And he smiled and said “no”

And we can’t really do anything about this.

Moving on in this case doesn’t necessarily mean you’re ready to start dating again, just basically that you’re over your ex and is not still hung up on them (so no more contacting them to get their attention, stalking their social media, etc) or even looking to reconcile.

I dislike that my boyfriend appears to ONLY value men’s opinions. Anything I or any other woman says to him goes in one ear and out the other. But let a guy say the same thing and he's all ears and ready to take the advice.

Anyways, it made me question whose opinions I tend to value? I am very stubborn and not many people can get through to me. I can only think of one girl who has just really gotten through to me but I guess I notice that it’s mostly been guys, thus I value men’s opinions more.

I don't know if my guy simply values the male view more because he’s so insecure and intimidated by other men, which he says all the time. But I value the guys perspective because I want to know how to captivate, communicate with, and better understand the gender that I’m attracted to.

Some may call that a “pick me” but I don’t consider it the same thing. I feel pick me’s seek validation while I more so want advice and guidance. Who better to understand a guy I’m into than a guy himself?

If I wanted advice on how to improve my appearance, dress style or to better control my emotions, then I’d seek a woman’s advice since we better understand one another’s insecurities and reactions. I rarely ask other women for advice on guys though because so many take it as competition to go after that same guy. Its so weird. Girlcode always seems to go out the window.

Another thing could be that I grew up looking up to my grandpa more than anyone else. I also got along best with my male cousin and my uncle. My friends have always been 90% guys. Like, my mom held it down for a bit but her inconsistent behavior and broken promises really got to me. So I stopped looking up to her. Maybe she, my grandma and a bunch of flaky female friends and cousins ruined it for other women too.

Some men have wronged me but never as many men as women. I guess same can be said for my boyfriend since he feels more women have wronged him yet all I ever see these days is men treating him badly. #FeelFreeToList

I'm talking like 3, maybe 3.5 inches hard and not thick either but at least not super skinny lol. He jokes about it being small, so I don't think it bothers him? I sometimes slip a joke on how small it is, he just laughs. Either way I can hardly feel it inside me.. sex is terrible but I love him and want to be with him. My ex was big.. almost too much to handle that I never got used too and I feel that has something to do with me hardly feeling him inside me.

He's handsome, fit and has everything going. He knows it's extremely small and has mentioned he wants me happy in bed even if it means other than him. Basically saying I can do what I want.. he's so cool about it, I'm skeptical, I just don't know how to make the first step in doing so.. please advice, anything helps.. I have never cheated and just need guidance!
