Love or commitment?

For me it's commitment. Your commitment shows you love them and want to make it work. Commitment is something you do because you love them. It's a way to support your partner. You are COMMITED to making it work, to being with them through good and bad, etc. It's not always easy to commit to someone, especially if you can be free and selfish, etc. Also how can you say you love someone but not be committed to them? Our TIME and our ENGERY and AFFECTION is one of our most valuable resources and you should only give that to people you care about.

Some of the true crime fans have to be absolute experts at murder, crime scene clean up, and hiding bodies by now. At what point do we as their partners start running? 🤔😅

So recently my school gave me the option to go to an all expense paid for trip to China which honestly seems like an amazing offer. However the only catch to this trip is that you’d be helping teachers teach kinds at a summer camp English which I honestly don’t mind. I’m doing a study abroad in August and before I go I wanna make some more money and take some cute pics on vacation. My family is going to is going to Algeria, France, and possibility Uganda. Again yet another amazing opportunity but I don’t know that to choose. Ik that I’ll never get another free trip to China and I’d have more freedom traveling with my parents and going to 3 places. I don't know what to do and I’d like some opinions. In China I’d live with a host family and with my family I’d get to live in the homes we own. Also I wouldn’t have to worry about how I dress with my family during summer but in China I would because for one I’d be around kids most of the time and two because it’s just be awkward. Then again I’ve always wanted to go to China and it’s not like I’ll never go but I doubt I’ll ever get the opportunity to go for free again. Pls help!!!

For my single friends who hang around bars they take it as a compliment not flirting. They expect it of the guys. Saves them money to use on shoes!

So for example if you’re talking to someone in conversation and they use “like I said..” would that be rude or annoying to you?

It's important to eat a well balanced diet with food from each food group. But who really does that? When it comes to food which is your favourite food group?

My fiancé asked me to cook his grandma something in particular for her dinner at 5 PM. Agreeing I said OK and proceed to set an alarm 30 minutes before 5 PM. Not hearing my alarm go off I woke up out of my sleep and woke up hour and a half later. I rushed downstairs to find his grandma and ask if she needed anything or wanted anything. She proceeds to say no and then she didn’t know what she wanted to eat and before I could ask her where this particular food item was, she was already out the door I even looked high and low. A few hours later my fiancé text me stating he asked me to do one thing and basically that he won’t ask me to do anything else.

I apologized immediately because again I understand if he feel like I let him down but on the flipside, don’t make it as if I don’t ever make sacrifices or help when it comes to her when I’ve literally helped him physically carry her inside the house once before. I’m not someone who throws up what they do for people in their face. But you will not sit here and make it seem like I’m not reliable when I’m more reliable than your actual family.

But yet he’s been a disappointment in the relationship. I’ve been promised dates. I’ve been promised get weekend getaways and I haven’t gotten that yet. So he may feel like I let him down in this one situation but I’ve been let down for months now.

I have recently been hanging out a lot with a guy in my friendship group. I have started to develop a crush on him. He got out of a 2 year relationship 10 months ago. We are both 21. We got in a play fight in the middle of the street when we were both drunk. And he buys me all my drinks. Ask me if I am getting with whoever I talk to when we are out together. Strangers think we are together.

Our friend is trying to set him up with different people and every time I ask him about it he tells me he isn't interested. I invited him to a party and I got told by him that 2 different people liked him but that he was interested in them. And he was being weird the whole night. Staring at me a lot, being really awkward, looking for me and moving closer to me. I went home for 2 days and when I got back, we hung out and he told me that he was going on a date with this girl. This starts to piss me off. Which I think is unfair. He doesn't owe me anything and I'm just upset because I feel rejected. So I decided to block him for a bit, till I get over this and we can just be friends again. I don't want to be mean to him because I'm angry. So, I think sometime without seeing or hearing from him will help.

Am I wrong for blocking him?

I'm not even sure why a man thinks he can waste a woman's time for a date then expect her to pay.

As women our time is extremely valuable and we could be wasting it on a man that'd at least pay for the date
