Imagine one of your opposite gender friends sends you a really beautiful and poetic message that genuinely makes you feel special.

The next time you see them in person, the moment you mention the message they cut you off to explain that they were drunk that day and were only trying to say nice things just to be nice.

They are visibly nervous and stuttering.

My boyfriend works at a solar install company and latest he’s worked with them was like 8. Tonight I called him around 7:40 and he didn’t answer I called again at 8:30 and he said he was still at work and that they had to go another job and it was taking long due to the panels. He said he would call me on the way home and he did and he just didn’t seem tired or in a bad mood like I thought. He wasn’t like super happy but he seemed happy and was like hi pook I’m heading to the store to get soda and snacks. Heard him get home talk to his mom and her say I made ya dinner and him tell her he had two jobs took long. He sat on the phone with me and we talked normally and he ate and watched some chargers chat and he took a shower. Is this suspicious? Most of the time he’s okay like that after work but after a long day like today I expected him to tired and grumpy not happy. Could it be that was with another girl so he was happy?

I've flown maybe a few times in dreams, but it's very rare for me. I'm usually confined at least generally by the idea of gravity.

Whereas breathing underwater just casually, this has happened a good handful of times in my dreams. At least 3× as often as flying.

But I also may have hobbies and routines that make me think about water and breathing underwater more than the average person, owning fish and being a nautical book enthusiast and whatnot...

So what about you? Do you get one of these dreams noticeably more often than the other? If so, do you have a guess as to the reason why?

So lets say you suggest doing something with your partner that both of you seem interested going and you pay for the tickets (that are not refundable) and closer to the day you end up not feeling well. But your partner ends up going to see this thing another day with someone else but still wants to go with you. I told them that its a waste of time since they already saw it and it didn't make sense to pay for something twice especially if they already saw it. But they still want to go.

Should I be the one paying again for the tickets or should my partner pay?

of course, with time, they'd probably be able to speak somewhat more as time goes on and they become comfortable.

How come everyone is doing this?

boyfriend and I been together 4 years. No infidelity from what I’ve known. Always had access to his phone to enlist trust but now it’s a habit to go through his phone when I see him which in return pisses him off. His old phone broke, so he is using his old work phone which is an iPhone, got a privacy screen protector (which he had on his past iPhone a while back) and a new passcode. This was unsettling for me so I went ahead and got the new passcode for his phone and looked through it. He’s keeping it simple with not too many apps as I believe he plans to go back to his old phone eventually. I always peer closer to look at his phone when he’s on it so I can avoid the privacy screen protector, although I get the sense he doesn’t like that all the time. He said it annoys him when I question him a lot. For example, he told me his coworkers went to a seafood buffet after work, I asked where and how much the food was and he couldn’t recall and I questioned more which he was not fond of. Am I being too much or my feelings valid?

Everyone has their own values. Respect can be shown through the smallest details of clothing like, shoes. Would you behave differently to someone who dresses modestly?
My Answer: personally, i would treat them differently because the people i talk with, i am associated with them. A person’s clothing reflects their demeanor. Feel free to ask other questions.

I was always so conscious of this in middle school.

Do guys get disgusted by it if they see it or they just ignore it?

I’m not asking for approval. I’m just asking to see what you think. I like to mess with people who deserve it and it makes me feel good to dish it back at them. Most trolls are dumb af and I love humiliating them. The best part is seeing the comments get deleted when they’ve been exposed.

Because let’s face it most trolls are insecure already. It’s not hard to dish it back. If there’s no safe space for me there shouldn’t be a safe space for them. That and I get bored at night sometimes when I can’t sleep so it’s fun to mess with someone who deserves it.

28F, growing up some family members would always talk about me having a boyfriend. I figured relationships would just happen naturally but not the case (at least for me). But dating always felt somewhat “meh” for me since then, not a priority & my mindset hasn’t changed much. In my early twenties I tried using the apps more frequently, to this day I don’t have an issue getting matches but finding someone just hasn’t happened. I’m told I’m attractive but I experience the common issues with lack of connection, fizzling out, ghosting etc. The last time I saw someone was in my early twenties but it felt like settling & I was glad when it ended. To this day I promise myself that I will stay alone until I meet someone that really checks my boxes and that seems to be how it’ll end for me considering I’m almost 30. Not sexual at all by any means either, is this lack of interest common? I worry mine is because of lack of success versus being genuinely disinterested
