I see online things about being a high value man or hear men mention they are one or women referring to wanting a high value male. Naturally I wonder who actually believes in this concept?

Many people have different views on how they treat dates, how dates should be, and if they should be professional/casual… Some people say you should treat dates like a job interview… Professional and straight to the point.

Well… Do you treat dates like a professional job interview, or are you more casual/go with the flow? Why/Why not?

My answer: I don’t treat first dates like a job interview. I don’t mind going outside the barriers of “get to know each other” questions. I like to be casual and comfortable, but also hold enough “professionalism” to make it so they know I am serious about dating, and not just wanting sex, going on a date for fun, or whatever.

My upstairs neighbor has been noisy since she moved in and to retaliate I bought a ceiling thumper. I bought the thumper last fall and she didn’t start blasting her tv on purpose until a few weeks ago. I’m not sure if the thumper caused her to go this route but I’m not using the thumper until after the HOA meets with her to potentially fine her landlord for previous disturbances she’s caused. She got the notice in March & I plan to not use the thumper until after the hearing. If I use the thumper too soon before hearing I worry she will use it against me assuming she recorded it. Since March this yr after the hearing notice was sent to her, I have three reports where the police and security reported her blasting her tv and police even knocked on door. Security was here last Saturday and Police came the Sunday. From my knowledge, the police and security have not recorded my thumper I’m guessing she would have a recording.

You drive to this destination, stay there for three nights, and back and you get the money you were promised. The catch? They say they don't know what will happen to you. they don't clarify, just ask if you take the deal. They have a company name but they trying to look it up is forbidden, and you shouldn't do it. You have their word about the deal. The promise? They'll be right there on the third day as you see them now. Are you willing to take the chance and believe you'll be all right?

Why did you fall out of love?

We're worried about my cousin's lack of interest in dating, finding another job (he got fired recently for slow performance), his lack of knowledge in how to pay bills, run a house, etc. It's been years already and it seems like he's stuck in time. Many of his manners and the way he talks about videogames, love, etc sounds like a HS teenager, not a grown 22 year-old man.

The event that's deeply seared within him
He was 16 at the time (his then girlfriend was the same age), it was his first and they were dating for 6 months or so. He had just gotten his very first driver's license (restricted though) at the time. The 3rd time he drove, a drunk driver hit them, injuring him and killing his girlfriend. Though it was said she was briefly alive for a few minutes and died in his arms.

He hasn't been acting his age since. What do you think? Can a normal person's mental growth get stunt so much after a traumatic event? At the time he was acting his age but now he's not.

Yes, this was inspired by the numerous posts about Roe v Wade today, but this isn't specifically on whether or not you think abortion should be legal or not. This is strictly about whether men should even get a say about what a woman chooses to do with her own body when they are not the ones forced to give up their body's health to carry a child.

Men at one time even had a say on whether women could have their tubes tied, but despite rumors of spousal approval being needed for a vasectomy, it wasn't true the other way around.

And just in case one of you brings this up, no this doesn't count if she has a male primary health care provider.

I definitely cannot.

My brother and I were raised by our single mom. She did a great job, and we had no clue we were poor. Mom bought us horse meat, because it was so cheap. She had to work nights at the police station, so my brother and I took turns making the horse hamburgers. When I tell people about this, they say it's horrible and cruel. Is it?

Those same people don't have any problem eating this little guy.
