I do and I started doing so after watching two coworkers take their nasty break up into the work place. It happened at a job I had during high school and watching that crap play out at work quickly made me stop treating work as a social club. The funny thing about it was that both of them where over 30 and management. But that whole mess might as well have been playing out in a the hallway of a high school.

Kinda depends. At my current job i have 3 coworkers who have become close friends. So they play a part in my social life. But the other ones? They are separate lol.

I never socialize with people I work with. Sometimes my techs will invite me to come with them for lunch but I never go. I really cared about these people but I felt it might be unprofessional to do this.

Most definitely. I'm not letting things like a difference in opinion ruining me financially. I also would NEVER date or sleep with anyone I work with, thats turned into a mine field I'd rather avoid.

I have numerous friends that I don't work with. And I like to keep it that way, you obviously don't which is fine. But no need to be an asshole
