Guys, Was he lying or being honest?

So I met a guy earlier today while buying coffee. He flirted with me and we chatted a bit. When I said I was 37 he was shocked and said I look 30. So I’m wondering was he lying by telling me I look 30? It’s not like he’s going to fuck me or anything because we didn’t exchange numbers.
No he wasn’t lying
