Guys, Is he telling me the truth?

I really like this guy, I know he has been on a date with a girl at least twice, perhaps more... I think they text each other too. When we speak and I mention his girlfriend (looking to see how he reacts) he says he does not have a girlfriend. Is he being honest?

People date lots of people before determining who the boy/girlfriend is going to be. You really have no way of knowing outside of watching it develop and play itself out. To me, three dates is just a getting to know you and a consideration period. What does your vibes tell you?

I don’t know. Sometime I think he wants to make me jealous and perhaps he is telling the truth?
