It’s just a cute little bag? The writing has nothing to do with the person receiving it. It’s a simple bag that has a generic quote and a lipstick kiss on it… I personally don’t see a reason to get offended over something so small and meaningless.

I'd assume the person was just giving a pleasant gift they liked and wanted to share. Personally, I don't use purses, T shirts of posters like this, and never would. I'd thank the person for thinking of me and tell them I'd never use it; thank you, but no thanks.

A purse is a personal gift, and I would wonder why they'd give a "poster" purse to me. But let's give them benefit of the doubt and refuse the gift.

It's not to my taste, so I wouldn't like it for that reason, but I wouldn't take personal offense either. They probably just saw it as an encouraging, uplifting message, and wanted to make you happy with it.
