A male narcissist is typical a lovebomber that lies about a future (usually false promises of marriage and kids, purposely sucking her prime years), can even have some sociopathic traits too, idealizes the girl (''Oh you're the love of my life, we're soulmates, I'll be with you forever'') and then values and discards her. He's very toxic and cruel.

What about female narcissists? They are just as bad and toxic as her male counterpart?

My ex is a sadistic narcissist, individual.
She was especially scary because she would neglect our child and leave for 3 days at a time.
I would look after him most of the time and even take him to work with me doing maintenance jobs in the evenings. My ex would hardly be home and she would tell everyone that I'm a dead beat dad who has nothing to do with our child. She isolated me from everyone, and made up all kinds of lies to keep them away.
Then if I confronted her she would threaten to take our child and move far away. She knew that I loved him more than anything so she used the threat of taking our child away to control me for years.
Female narcissists can be scary, unfaithful and manipulative. They lead some guys to suicide.

Narcissim is the same in all genders - it's terrible, toxic, and horrible.

Narcs of every kind should be left behind. Man, woman, enby - doesn't matter. Narcissism is horrible on everyone.
