if a girl gets mad at me for ignoring her and treats me like a bad guys as if i committed a huge crime and starts avoiding or just won't talk to me. And in turn I respecting that start avoiding or not talking to her which makes her even al the more mad at me.

Its a possibility but doesn’t necessarily make her one. People can have narcissistic traits but not be fully a narcissist. The way to combat this behavior is pretty simple. Disengage and avoid validating the behavior. Narcissist crave the attention.

I’d talk to her about her feelings and remind her that you’re there for a purely physical relationship and if she wants more, that maybe you should stop seeing each other.

Then why not tell her you want to be in a committed relationship, if your feelings have changed? But don’t do it just to get free sex.

Look long story short. She tried really hard to hit on me at the gym but at the time there was someone else I was attached to. So I didn't show any interest much as I didn't want to lead her on due to which she was very mad at me. I caught her looking at me with these angry impressions on her face. I being friendly with her and she would just not show much interest or avoiding me. So out of consideration I too was being discreet and ignoring her. And then again i caught her looking at me and getting restless and acting weird or just getting mad at me again. So one day I just decided to tell her how i feel about her and ask her out. I told her that i like her very much, she's a very nice girl and very beautiful and she was quite happy but when I asked her if she wants to go out sometime she said she already has a boyfriend and said sorry and just asked me my name and told me her name and gave out her hand to shake and put her headphones back on to end the convo. So then after that when we made eye contact she was quite happy to see me and still get mad at me for ignoring her. If she already got a boyfriend then why is she still behaving like this with me? And every time I see her in the gym she's either alone or with another girl who is her friend.
