Lets say someone gains 40 pounds or so. Is that a good reason to break up with someone?

This is a person who you state that you love and always question yourself "What If" after breaking up with them due to your family members not agreeing that the color of your skin and theirs shouldn't mix years later. You could be already involved with someone else at this time BUT still think of them. If you were to go back with your ex... you "could be" disowned by your family members. Think about it deeply. Truthful answers only!

He doesn’t have a good haircut and he just dresses ordinary but he tried to get with this woman who’s well groomed and into designer labels and she turned him down but he doesn’t think that he wasn’t a right fit for her because there’s nothing similar

my question is why do some guys or this guy think that they can get with whoever they want but they don’t realise that a well groomed woman would most likely want a well groomed guy? It’s like say a goth trying to date someone that isn’t a goth it probably wouldn’t happen

An example of a person's personality would be how nice / kind they are vs how mean they are when treating you.

An example of a person's lifestyle would be like a person working a normal 40 hour work week, can have a little fun, but lives within their means vs a person who is rich and can travel anywhere for fun.

Think about this question as if you are looking for someone for a long term relationship to spend your life with.

I'm not interested in her in any way as she to me is just a close a friend. I know recently that her and her husband have had a few problems plus i know from her he is abroad on a work trip.

But just yesterday she sent me multiple shots and videos of herself trying on different outfits - all of which she was looking very seductive in (skin tight dresses, cleavage on display, bum out giving me full 360 twirls etc). I had asked her where she was going and she said she did a clothing haul. In each video she was asking for my opinion.

We do usually send each other memes which are funny and of the banter nature but after this event, one she sent me asked "if I was with you for 24 hours and I couldn't say no blah blah". I didn't respond but this has led to me ask and post this.

There's a lot of occurrences now in hindsight looking back that I should've noticed but I didn't pick up on but I would like some people's advice. Apologies for my ignorance also. Not much experienced in the women and dating scene as much as I'd like.
