Death rates from liver disease has quadruple over the past 50 years according to a survey, and is considered the silent epidemic.

One in five people have what is known as a non alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Worrying one in 10 children are now thought to have symptoms of the disease.

Around 90% of liver deaths are considered preventable though early stages have almost no symptoms.

Six ways to keep your liver healthy and reverse a fatty one.

1. Reduce body weight.

2. Lift something heavy, the more muscle we have, and the better our bodies are at handling sugar and fat.

3. A diet of vegetables, oily fish, nuts, olive oil, beans and wholegrains is key for a healthy liver. Cut down on ultra processed food, biscuits, pastries, and fizzy drinks.

4. Cut down on fruit juice, this converts to fat faster than anything in your diet.

5. Apparently drinking two or three cups of Coffee a day is linked to lower levels of fatty liver, fibrosis and cancer, with Green Tea having similar benefits but weaker.

6. Drink less alcohol, give your liver days off, and don't binge drink this does your liver the most damage.

Just by thinking like a bloomer ( see below for description ) this could add 22 years to your life before someone is being considered of old age, according to a recent survey.

But a better way is by taking better care of your health, staying active, expecting more from life, especially in retirement, a time now for adventure and reinvention instead of slowing down.

In USA especially, we are a drug marketed and "addicted" country. Go to a "Dr."... they will prescribe you a drug. Drugs are all over the store shelves. Dr's are trained drug pushers. Then there's the illicit drugs.

Fact... We are all made of chemicals...

Fact...most "drugs" are made from crude oil or natural gas... building blocks.

Rather than eat food or take in plants for "medicine", ... which are natural "alive" chemicals... or removal of substances or stressors that cause inflammation and make necessary changes for your biology... you can consume drugs made from oil or natural gas... yea!!!

Do you agree this is wise, smart and a good idea... to say no at times... to Big Pharma, "Dr. s" and their drug solutions? This may include those pushing other "junk foods" on you.
