1. Lasagna bolognese with bechamel and mozzarella.
2. Spaghetti bolognese with grated parmesan
3. Tagliatelle ala carbonara with pecorino cheese

5, Penne with roasted tomatoes puree, shot cream and smoked ham. I think it's called ala Baffo
I don’t usually crave pasta. When i do, it varies. Stouffers has a pretty decent frozen lasagna that i get about once a year. It’s SO chock full of all the delicious stuff that’s killing me that it’s literally dangerous to eat it more often than that. Ell oh ell!
There’s a local authentic Italian joint that delivers to my house. They have an excellent spaghetti with ginormous meatballs, and they don’t skip on the sauce. I probably get that a few times a year. It’s probably just as bad as the lasagna, but i don’t have the nutrition label reminding me of that. 😂😂
Lastly, this is more about my seafood cravings, but when i go out for Red Lobster’s shrimp festival, one of my favorite dishes is the shrimp linguini alfredo.
I'm literally eating a veggie lasagna right now. It's so good
Tortellini and radiatori are my favorites shapes
Spaghetti & meatballs

How ever Bayashi makes on YouTube 🤣🤣

I’m James, and my heart belongs to tagliatelle and orecchiette 🍝
Tagliatelle clings beautifully to rich ragù, reminding me of a tiny trattoria in Bologna where the sauce tasted like it had been simmering for generations. Orecchiette is perfect with broccoli rabe and sausage, its little “ears” catching every bit of sauce. Both shapes feel rustic, comforting, and deeply Italian.
